Hi I want to thank KA driving school for helping me pass especially Waheed ali he was very good calm understanding person very good at time management and made me feel at easy. His training is of very good and professional standards if it wasn’t for his teaching words of wisdom I would have struggled to pass. I have understanding and learning issues. So Waheed took his time never rushed me and if I made mistakes he explained several times again and again. Once again KA Driving SChool all day long and I would advice anybody to join them and get lesson they are the BESTin the business. Once again Waheed you have. Been a gentleman and a great teacher

Constantly forget to communicate with their clients

I've had a terrible experience with this company! Not only did the driving instructor who I booked with 2 weeks prior had forgotten about me that day and blamed it on "we hadn't confirmed" even though we had a few messages previously. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rebooked for a weeks time.. to then have to message to see if the lesson was still going ahead.. to be cancelled again as the instructor was poorly! But didn't think to message their clients to let them know! Will not be trying a third time.. such a shame and bad customer experience

Hi Gemma thank you for your feedback, it goes a long way to improving our service to customers, initially when you had this issue we made contact with the instructor as quickly as we could and helped you resolve it however we were unaware of the second time until you sent this feedback on Google. I have now spoken to the Instructor concerned and can tell you that She genuinely is not well and had to cancel her lessons today, she sends her apologies for not making contact with you to inform you. Please accept her apology. Many thanks

KA driving school one of the best , My driving instructor was absolutely amazing, They had a wealth of knowledge and experience, which made me feel really confident behind the wheel. They were patient, supportive, and gave clear instructions. Thanks to them, I aced my driving test and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend! 🚗👍

Best driving instructor

Saeed is an excellent instructor. He is very patient and explains everything clearly. His lessons are well structured and he ensures you understand each topic. He is always on time for lessons. He also has a great sense of humour which made lessons enjoyable. If you want to pass first time I would definitely recommend KA driving school.
