Just had our kitchen fitted by KTF - Excellent ! The Fitter, Tony , Electrician, Floor Fitter and Decorator did an amazing job, really professional, and all in just over a week, pulling out all stops to get it done for Christmas. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

£30k kitchen installed I 2017/8. Still under guaranteeIssues with the paint chipping off the doors in areas of low use and kickboards. Cabinets weren't knocked, paint just coming off. KTF have been an absolute nightmare. Ash, who we've been dealing with lies and lies and thinks this is this is an acceptable solution. He's sent touch up paint that bares no resemblance to the colour of the doors. We then took a spare door in to match the colour and Ash says he's now lost it. My husband phoned to sort and Ash put the phone down on him. I wouldn't recommend KTF nor would i use them even if they were the last supplier on earth! Customer service doesn't exist.

We have recently had our kitchen supplied by KTF and fitted by Kenny and Dave. I cannot thank Kenny and Dave enough for the exceptional service, the hours worked to complete the job and their attention to detail when fitting. I would highly recommend them you want should you want a new kitchen that's fitted to the highest standard.

Had a kitchen from ktf and they sent out the subcontractor joiner to do the work I spent nearly 13000 on the kitchen and other work I’m my house only for the subcontractor who they sent did a right mess and ktf will not take responsibility for the subcontractor work just be careful with them because even tho they send the subcontractor out to fit the kitchen you just don’t know what there work is going be like! What I must say is don’t give any kind of money to them until the work is completed and you have gone over all of there work I have now got get someone else in to correct the work which is costing me more money even if u took the subcontractor to court they ain’t bothered because they won’t pay!!

JTK have just refurbished our kitchen and we are delighted with the result.The staff were professional and Kieran especially helpful and patient,Chris and his team did first class work fitting it.The product is good value for money and we would therefore recommend KTF Home Improvements.
