Kevin was recommended to us to fit a new boiler by a neighbour.
He was easy to get hold of, always responding to calls, text and email. Very polite and knowledgeable.
He turned up when he said he would and worked hard for three days, always leaving everywhere clean and tidy.
The workmanship is superb, going the extra mile to make sure everything looked good.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.
A thoroughly nice bloke.

It's unfortunate

Totally destroyed both sides of a brand new cooker at installation, refunded installation charge, but would not pay for repairs or replacement, use at your own risk, if you want a guy that thinks it's just unfortunate when he causes so much damage, and says well it's only down the sides, then this is your man, very poor quality in my opinion, I don't want to rate the job as one star either. Gas safe registered, yet two gas safety issues were found to be on the appliance when checked by a Gas Safe Inspector at our request due to the aggressive nature of the installation.

Whilst a scratch on the side of the cooker did occur during installation and was pointed out to you at the time of installation and an apology was made at the time on completion I asked if you were happy with everything before passing you your invoice of which you paid without question. On receipt of the report from the gassafe inspector which had identified 2 minor defects, I returned to site and rectified them as soon as I was made aware. During the same visit the cost of the installation was refunded to you along with another apology. I accept that it occured but in no way effects the operation or safety of the installation, the cooker is fitted in between the two work surfaces with minimum clearance as to minimise the amount debris from cooking etc from getting into the gap. I always work with care & consideration for customers property and I'm the first to admit if something's been damaged.
