This shop was awesome years ago, the staff we're always aproachable and helpful. The last few times I've visited The customer service is none-existent, it used to be an amaznig shop filled with helpful staff. Now it's just like going to curries

A good result and sound advice

Walked in this morning and was helped immediately by a very courteous assistant who then asked a technician to assist in sorting out my laptop so it could install the latest operating system. I was able to buy a usb adaptor to enable me to use my external expansion drive to free up some memory. I was given an estimate on a repair to my iPhone and made a repair appointment.
