In today's day and age, it's really rare to find a company who can deliver what they say, when they say it. KNB did exactly that, not only did they deliver high quality products, they did so with excellent, polite tradesmen.

From start to finish, everything has been beyond my expectation. I had a brand new kitchen and bathroom installed by KNB and I couldn't be happier. During the initial consultation, Dean knew exactly what I wanted without having to explain every tiny detail. He managed to create my dream kitchen and Bathroom from my limited vision. I trusted KNB from the very start.

Gareth as my project manager and made sure everything ran successfully and more importantly to time.
Ian, who installed the Kitchen, went above and beyond and his workmanship is outstanding. As a result, I have my dream kitchen and I couldn't be more thrilled. The same goes for the bathroom and Wayne’s workmanship.

I would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen or bathroom.

Every stage of our experience was good. Hayley came to our house with the best range of bathroom options and accompanied us to a tile warehouse to help us find the best matches. She produced a 3D digital design of what we had in mind - and then did it again when we made changes. Jamie, the fitter, could not have been nicer and was committed to ensuring we were happy at every stage, and even made useful adjustments. The whole thing was coordinated by Gareth, a project manager who was ready to respond to any query or issue we had. The net result is a magnificent bathroom that we are extremely happy with and I would not hesitate from recommending them to others

If you want quality building work which involves the installation of a new kitchen and or bathroom then I would highly recommend KNB. The team involved led by Ian and overseen by Gareth, are all professional, friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for them. I had extensive building work to allow for a larger kitchen area including the installation of a new utility area. Upstairs the bathroom was extended and a new en-suite fitted. Ian was always there when he said he would be and even though walls were removed which created a lot of mess, they always cleaned up the areas. My new kitchen, utility, bathroom and en-suite looks amazing, exceeding my expectations. The quality of all the products and appliances are excellent. Ian did a fantastic job and went way beyond what was initially asked. His attention to detail is a credit to him. Helen in the office was always on the end of the phone and always got back to you should the need arose. I am so glad that I chose KNB

Awful. From day one I was caught in the middle of friction between the kitchen fitter and project manager which resulted in either the work not being completed or items not being provided. The standard of some of the work is not good, including chipped wall tiles, uneven wall tiling or poorly fitted skirting. Items were damaged upon installation (some not admitted to), the floor has had to be professionally cleaned to remove the adhesive residue and even the outside has had to be treated with acid but the paving and house wall look to be permanently marked. The project manager was dismissive and obviously under a great deal of stress. I can count on one hand the times he visited after the first few days on a job that took several weeks. As much as KNB put trust in their fitters (and project manager) the customer also has to put faith in KNB to provide the means to have the work completed as promised. I genuinely wish I'd gone to B&Q and saved myself thousands of pounds and heartache.

I have just completed a in house review with my 35 years of service providing and now a freelance company review critic , Not only did they invite me to delve into there dedicated trust and service business, they showed me the customer at the front and end of service with price and product and presentation . So without doubt my amazement of the quality and workmanship was 10/10 ( especially noting water testing and drain testing process , I can say New build Homes need to to invest in there methods , we are satisfied that KNB Kitchen s and Bathrooms run a Proffesional blood sweat and tears service to give clients investments a finished project .
