A perfect service - literally!

We contacted KG one night and the following day our problems were solved. Our front door locking mechanism went haywire and needed looking at, replacing and installing, and Gerry turned up the very next morning and took a look. We needed a new locking mechanism and it needed to be sourced first. Gerry got on the case and found what we needed and was back to us mid-afternoon, when he fitted the new parts and completely fixed our door. Apart from the fast and great service we received, Gerry was kind, friendly and couldn't do more for us. We certainly won't be going to anyone else if we ever have any issues that he and KG can sort out for us, and I would - and will - recommend them to anyone who requires the services they offer.
