Worst KFC in Tyne and Wear

Just ordered £65 worth of food. Uber delivered x6 chips and pots of gravey.
Contacted this store and spoke to the rudest non helpful person who proclaimed to be the manager. Blamed Uber and Uber blamed the shop. Please do not use this shop if you don't want to lose your money. Worst experience ever and they don't care about their customers. KFC HQ UK will get to hear about this and I hope the so called manager who refused to give his details or his manager details and refused to help us reads this and waits for a response as a result of the complaint as belive me I will be lodging such a complaint. Shame on you and shame on KFC for allowing such an atrocious franchisee who is dragging KFC reputation through the mud.
