K F C Ilkeston - Rutland Street

Been in after their refit and the food is still shockingly terrible.
All drinks were diet so they contain aspartame( which I cannot have as this triggers a flare with Lupus) they also had no ice cream.
I had twelve chips with my meal yes I counted and even took a picture.
My husbands meal was no better boneless banquet with no dips.
You need to sort your store there are always problems. Won’t be going back.

Haven't had mini fillet burgers for weeks and the gravy must be getting low, because it's getting watered down more and more with every visit to the point its now just KFC flavoured water (Do they think we don't notice). Staff are great and are left to deal with the usual abuse customers throw at them, so it's not fair to take it out on them. It's the fault of KFC themselves and the franchisee

Stood in a queue for around 10 minutes to then be told that they would only be able to take cash as payment, there was no sign to state that the card machines were out of order. The staff are always ignorant and the customer service is outrageous and this branch is still open is behond me.

I've just gone through the drive through at this branch and got home to discover the fries are missing from two out of three of the meals.
This is not the first time this has happened and now feel it's fair to write this review.
I'm very disappointed as it's not as if they were under pressure at this time .. 9pm on a Wednesday evening.
I've tried to ring the branch and got a answering machine so no customer service whatsoever.
One unhappy customer.
