Went last night ,they have changed the chips and they are awful, was told it’s because the thin ones don’t keep warm, well if they served them hot then they wouldn’t be cold ,this store rarely looks clean ,the staff are ignorant and lazy ,won’t be eating here again

the worst place i’ve ever been , first of all the personal are rude and ignorant , second thing the place is dirty , one shop assistant he passed his hand through his hair and then served me without washing his hands . unbelievable . ☹️

Totally unacceptable conditions.
Rubbish everywhere where people are supposed to sit and eat + FLIES EVERYWHERE. Ceilings, walls, even on fries. Wouldn't be surprised if mice were roaming there

Poor service. Dirty tables and floors. Food slow to arrive and a little cold. When handed my food the tray was wet, and covered in batter and salt. Can't use the toilet. Also the tables are really low relative to seats so you feel like a [email protected] sitting down.

Just shocking... last 3 visits my order has been wrong... just had a meal now and chicken and chips both stone cold and very hard... AVOID until management are changed as no idea how to run a fast food outlet
