We had an emergency situation where we couldn't open our electric roller shutter, from the first phone call to KD doors the customer service was excellent. Even though they were extremely busy they managed to send someone out within the hour to help us and we had access to our shop. The guys were so helpful & professional and went above & beyond to help. Outstanding service!

I contacted KD after discussing my requirements with 3 or 4 suppliers who were either not interested-just send me an email,

Tracey listened to my request and confirmed they could help and passed me through to their planning team who took my details checked the sizes etc and are now providing a quote today.

Pleasant change from the " cant be bothered " attitude that all too frequently exists

Great workmanship

KD Doors have just finished a repair to the front door of our work premises and I could not be happier. Having only made contact for the first time with their office on Tuesday, as a new customer, by Thursday 1pm the work was complete. The office staff are very professional and helpful and the workmen who carried out the repair are clearly trained to a very high standard, all concerned are a credit to the company. We will definitely be using them again. From start to finish a first class job.

A Kan Do Company

Unfortunately our Professional Shop was broken into just before the Easter weekend. With a mangled roller shutter door and the holiday weekend started I wondered if I would ever find a company to get us secure. I googled roller shutter doors and came up with KD Doors who I phoned and within an hour they were on site and had repairs underway. Nothing was any problem and how they managed to fix the door I'll never know. What a great company to deal with and forgiving the spelling error I'm pretty sure KD stands for Kan Do.
