Paid for door access system and new brush draft strips to be fitted by KCC. Both have failed, door mag lock is hitting the top of the door and the brush strips were glued onto door and have fallen off (rather than using the correct channel strips they glued them on!). KCC are trying to avoid fixing this issue at every opportunity, and offering to fix their mistakes for £75+ VAT per hour (from leaving office). If anything goes wrong with KCC they will try and charge you for their mistakes. Worth Avoiding.
