Excellent service and customer care. I brought my KTM 390 Duke in for it's first service today and asked if I could wait while it was being serviced as I don't live locally. I was made to feel very welcome despite arriving a good half hour before opening time, and managing to get in everyone's way as the team were setting up for the day!! The workshop technicians got to work on my bike straight away and finished 2 hours later. The service was excellent and included washing the bike, which is a really nice touch. I can wholeheartedly recommend this KTM dealership, especially if you are considering becoming the proud owner of one of KTM's exceptional motorcycles. The team here are really friendly and helpful.
