KBR gas recently quoted and fitted a new boiler for us. From the initial communication to ask for a quote to the installation we can’t fault them. The engineer that fitted our new boiler was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We were also very grateful for his understanding and kind effort to work around our baby needing to nap!

Following a boiler service, I had problem with a central heating valve which had seized up. KBR responded to my enquiry very quickly, and John did an excellent job of replacing the valve. After firing up the system, one of the radiators wasn't heating up. I phoned KBR and John responded by phone within a few minutes, diagnosing a jammed valve. He returned to the property within an hour and fixed the problem straight away. I cannot commend KBR, and John, highly enough for their customer service and technical skills. KBR's pricing seems competitive with other plumbers in the Grantham area.

KBR have serviced our gas boiler for several years and recently, when we moved, we continued to use their services. In addition we have recently had a new cylinder fitted and thanks to the engineer the removal, replacement and setting up of the system was faultless. We have found, over the years, that KBR offer good value and will do everything in its power to respond promptly to call outs.

I am absolutely delighted to have found this company which was highly recommended to me by a neighbour. My 20 year old Rangemaster range cooker was, I worried, beyond repair. However, KBR Gas Services came and had a look and immediately worked out what the issues were. The gas engineer explained what needed to be replaced/repaired and I was provided with a written estimate before the work was carried out. He also identified a potentially serious issue with the gas bottles outside and the oil pipes. The work has now been carried out and I am delighted to have a fully functional range cooker again plus I feel much safer knowing the gas and oil supplies have had the required essential maintenance carried out. The guy who undertook the work was amazing, very professional and respectful, extremely knowledgable and willing to explain exactly what he was doing and why. The office staff on the other end of the phone were similarly super helpful and lovely. I am a delighted customer!
