Brilliant service. Kevin and Michael ensure a good job is done and at the best price possible. They have done lots of work for us over the years and we are always pleased with their work. Thanks again Christine & Wayne Morpeth.

Top notch

Kevin provided gas safe cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. His work is excellent and technical knowledge broad and effectively applied. We manage a large portfolio of rental properties requiring regular works; and we can always rely on Kev.

Very unreliable

Vague promises of when work will be done, which they didn't come close to.
Context here is a major renovation: needed boiler moving, gas pipework replacing, kitchen and bathroom gutting, etc.
Kevin and Mickey promised to get the underfloor gas pipework sorted before Christmas. The builder/joiner timed his floor rebuilding to this (new joists and floorboards needed). They finally finished that job on 18th January, and only after repeated nagging. It kept drifting back and back with no explanation.
Consequently the boiler still hasn't gone back onto the wall. So the house has had no boiler for nearly 2 months. On Jan 18th they agreed with me - in person - what work would be done this week:
-applying fixings to kitchen wall for radiator
-installing gas pipework through false kitchen ceiling for said radiator
-beginning work on boring from water main to improve flowrate
-replacing defunct rainwater pipe
None of this work has even been started. Quality of work done is good.
