Horrible service!
1Today, i went back to the garage to try find a solution. However, this was met with threats and violence on their behalf, where they got physical and aggressive.
PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE, I WISH I DID
Very bad experience. Avoid.
1The staff is very rude and regularly using "f" words for the customers complaining about the service.
I had a problem with the power steering. Initially they told me the steering rack is broken. When I went there, they told me that the valve was also leaking, so they fixed it, adding to the additional cost, however, didn’t took my permission or informed me over the phone.
I checked online and it looks like only the valve needed a fix, not the steering rack.
The staff (including owner) were furious about my claim, and insisted me that it was both steering rack and the valve. I asked them to show me the steering rack, but they replied its gone in the bin, already collected today. I was really gutted as I have to pay double, even 3 times the money as compared to the actual fix required.
Looks like scam to me, very bad experience. If you are going to them, good luck. !!
