1We paid JWN to fix squeaky floors and fit new flooring. Not one squeaky floor was fixed & he laid the new flooring incorrectly. He refused to return to fix anything offering a refund of about 2.875% of what he ended up having to reimburse us.
He’s continually tried to hide this bad review instead of learning from his mistakes & working for better service to earn good reviews... Just do better, for your customers and for your business and accept where you've messed up and be better as a result.
Yell Review policy states a review will be invalid:
“WHERE THE INTERACTION OCCURED MORE THAN 12 MONTHS PREVIOUS TO SUBMITTING THE REVIEW”

Don’t hire JWN Joinery unless you’re happy to fix any mistakes yourself.
