Extremely poor communication

I have tried for a month just to get a quote on having some scaffolding erected, but every time I ring I am told that they are busy but will do it, even sent photos of the house so they don’t have to come round but still nothing. I think this is unacceptable to have to wait so long. If they don’t want to do it, just have the decency to say.
