Michael is very professional and responsible. When I told him my window was leaking inside during heavy rain, he quickly diagnosed the issue and also gave a fair quote. After window repointing, he was checking if the fix works or not. He also cleaned my cutter and fitted a new downpipe which is working perfectly. The entire repair process went very smoothly without any disruption to my daily life.
