Permitted Developments Rights Appeal

We had an issue with our local council who had removed the Permitted Development Rights on our home. We contacted Martin at Just Planning who gave really good advice and supported us through the appeal process. Our local council refused our initial appeal, however, the appeal inspector found in our favour. Martin was excellent throughout the process, creating a robust appeal and keeping us informed throughout the process. We recommend Just Planning and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent and professional advice

When we built our house 10 years ago, the council removed most of our Permitted Development rights as a condition for granting our planning permission. I found Just Planning online and Martin has been fantastic throughout. He wrote an extremely detailed and compelling submission to have the PD restrictions removed and the council has just confirmed that they will remove the restrictions removed in full. 100% success at the first pass. I would recommend Just Planning to anyone who needs help with their planning concerns.
