I can’t recommend just memorials enough. I had no idea what the process was and how it fitted in with the funeral directors etc. at such a difficult and emotional time they gave me the information I needed and guided my choices based on family preferences. Contact and communication was exceptional and they were flexible with emails and phone calls for passing on details. I believe prices to be competitive but to be honest I didn’t compare- I couldn’t put a price on the service given. Thank you so much

I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with Just Memorials and their lovely, caring team. We have been given the time and patience we’ve needed to get the perfect memorial for my Sister-in-law Sue, which at Tracy’s suggestion, also includes her son Richard, who we lost when he was only 17. As you can imagine, it has been a rollercoaster of emotions for us all, with both Sue and Richard taken way before their time. Tracy, Jan and team have helped us through, right down to the last detail which care and compassion.

Very good quality of work, great business to go to the detail of every piece of work I have brought off them has been amazing and can’t fault them. Also seen other work done by just memorials and looks amazing.

Poor customer service..
We weren't happy with headstone images agreed to refund for images, but sent an abusive letter instead. 😡
Fitted late too.
Full of excuses wouldn't accept responsibility just plain wrong!!
