Excellent Personal Trainer

Kevin has been my PT for several years. Our weekly sessions have been variously at a gym, at home or via Zoom. Every session is different, interesting, challenging and fun. Kevin is very sensitive to my needs and, as he designs each programme, he takes into account my fitness level and any injury or other issue. The sessions are always entertaining and enjoyable. I recommend him unreservedly.
