Just Breathe offer professional Mindfulness classes designed to enhance health and wellbeing. Mindfulness helps individuals pay attention on purpose in the present moment and non-judgementally. Led by an accredited Mindfulness Teacher and Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society with over twenty years of therapeutic experience in a range of settings. Our goal is to inspire individuals to cultivate a dedicated Mindfulness practice that can genuinely transform their lives and bring around enduring freedom from an array of mental health problems including anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), self harm, alcoholism, substance misuse, pain management and anger management issues.

Just Breathe's Mindfulness Meditation is unique in that it incorporates Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Based Therapy and is grounded in a Person Centred Positive Psychology approach. We believe that emotional regulation can be enhanced by increasing awareness of negative patterns of thoughts and feelings and developing new helpful ways to view the world and others.

Stress reduction and deeper levels of relaxation are possible through cultivating a dedicated practice and Just Breathe are passionate about helping you achieve a more vivid and brighter experience of life. I should say that before embarking on a course of mindfulness meditation with Jonathan, I was extremely skeptical and negativistic about any kind of talk therapy. Being a roughty-toughty lumberjack, I thought it was all airy-fairy nonsense, but my wife made me do it! I'm glad she did :) Jonathan has helped me to curb my anxieties and to live in the moment. All my senses and turned on to everything that happens in the present and I've learned not to dwell on what has happened in the past and I don't worry about what may or may not happen in the future. My wife can't believe that she's now married to a man that allows someone to cut him up in a car, without me even uttering a wee swearie, nevermind following him to confront him about his poor driving! :) If you are anxious about anything, can't get over something in your past, find it hard to make decisions of feel that you have lost control of your life, contact Jonathon and arrange a chat - I'm confident he'll sort you out! :)

I use Just Breathe to manage my anxiety. Through the programme I have gained a better understanding of myself. I found the exercises to be calming and very usefully in everyday life.
