5They’re not the cheapest because:
*Excellent customer service- they will go above and beyond to ensure a quality job
*They only use quality fixtures and explain false economies and aim to ‘future-proof’ as much as possible,
*Years of expertise and common sense, *Excellent communication, I heard from them every single morning with the plan for the day.
Also when issues cropped up they explained them frankly and with sensitivity,
*Friendly tradespeople. Simon and Stuart selected tradespeople who were trustworthy and friendly as they were working around my children. Everyone was delightful and thoroughly professional.
*They care- our home was treated with respect, they worked in a clean and tidy manor and we felt looked after too.
The job ran over schedule, but only because the house threw up some surprises and we discussed how best to proceed. Snags handled swiftly.
