bad service

we used to use this florist but i wasent happy with my last lot of flowers i understand there are some good reviews but our experience was bad .The lady was rude and not very helpfull at all .also not many flowers for what we paid and delivery was late.not happy at all.

Wedding flower disaster

I've waited a while to write this as I wanted to calm down, but I'm still angry over the flowers for my daughters wedding towards the end of last year. The lady in the shop was nice and assured us that she could make up what she wanted, which was a tear drop bouquet. We also ordered posies for the bridesmaids with roses & gyp, along with the buttonholes & a 3ft display for the top table. On the morning they were very late arriving, the wedding bouquet was nothing like what my daughter had asked for, it was awful, I asked how she was meant to hold it & the man suggested holding to her side. My daughter was in tears, they took it back to the shop and made a few changes, it was better but far from what she had been promised. Nothing had binding, the stems from the bouquet would mark her dress, the buttonholes were unbound, wet & left for us to cut down. The top table flowers were disappointing. We were refunded the cost of the wedding bouquet, but nothing changes the upset caused.

I called to order some flowers to be delivered to a friend in the Rayleigh area. The lady I spoke suggested a lovely assembly of flowers and even took the time to take a picture of the finished result before they were delivered. The amount of times I have ordered flowers online and when I’ve seen the finished results I have been so disappointed with the lack of flowers, the overall look and especially the price. You get what you pay for with Just Becuase. Very happy thank you. X

Lovely friendly florist

I cannot rate this florists highly enough. They are always so friendly and helpful. Recently they were only too happy to donate a beautiful arrangement to a Quiz Night that I was involved with, for Havens Hospice.
They are reasonably priced and I will use them myself next time I need some flowers.
