Bridesmaid dress ruined

I was extremely disappointed with a bridesmaid dress that needed the hem taken up. Julie assured me she had done many similar alterations and it would be straightforward. On collection the hem was uneven and after getting a second professional opinion this could not be rectified although Julie thought otherwise. I found Julie's customer service to be non-existent.

General alterations

I have only recently started to use Julie for alterations and have been really pleased with her work and would definitely recommend. She has just shortened a pair of ski salopettes for me which was far from straight forward and they look perfect.
