I am an experienced Counsellor, EMDR Therapist and Clinical Supervisor working both in the NHS and Private Practice with a variety of issues but specialising in Perinatal Mental Health & Trauma. If you are navigating the unique challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, or early parenthood, I have many years of experience & training, I understand the complexities of perinatal mental health & trauma. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or the multitude of emotions that accompany this period, I have the knowledge & skills to support you effectively. Together, we'll explore coping strategies, develop skills to manage symptoms, & foster a sense of hope & empowerment. I work with trauma using EMDR Therapy to help minimise or eradicate uncomfortable associated symptoms of birth trauma.

Pregnancy & new parenthood can be overwhelming; it's essential to feel understood & supported. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to express your feelings freely. Every person's journey through the perinatal period is unique. That's why I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs to support empowerment & agency during this period.
