We made an appointment for her to come and view my job and she didn't bother turning up, never mind apologizing and cancelling. She had my mobile number so a text or call would have been polite and professional.
In a way she's done me a favour by showing me how unprofessional she is before starting work so at least I didn't waste any more time on them.

The Best Cleaners!

Julia's Shiny House has done a range of jobs for me, including a deep clean of my property after repair work following a flood. They have cleaned a rental property after tenants left and clean my house on a weekly basis. They are, without doubt, the best cleaners I have ever used. They are reliable, professional, and conscientious and their work has always been exemplary. They are trained to an extremely high standard and those standards never slip over time. They pay attention to detail and I find them willing and able to work with you to give you the personalised service you want. It is a pleasure to see the house when it is done. and their charges are very reasonable. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

does not answer calls or messages. she came to see our houses and gave us a price, now my mum has been trying to call and book her but she doesn't answer no texts, no calls, no voicemails. why?

First class deep clean of the house

Julia and her staff provided a friendly and professional service.
The deep clean of the house was done thoroughly, in good time and was excellent value for money.
Highly recommended, I would definitely use them again.

Shiny house indeed !

Julia and her team helped me out in my hour of need and at very short notice.
Having to do a major clean due to building work I had been getting down prior to me getting my furniture out of storage.
What can I say Julia and her ladies were great and I have never looked back.
Julia provides a reliable, thorough, fast, efficient and friendly service which I would recommend to anyone !
