Quick & Friendly (Even Saw Me Last Minute)

Was on the hunt for a gas certificate. But every big provider were slow to respond, offered unreasonable prices, and were just pretty rubbish overall.

John at JTS was the opposite. Even fitting me in last minute. Phoned, showed up a few hours later, and sorted the issue without hesitation.

Don't waste your time with others, give JTS a go.

High standard of customer service and work. Would recommend.

Service - really friendly and professional. He checked everything with me first, explained what he was going to do and why. Checked with me that it was all ok. He was accommodating of what I needed in terms of explaining the technical side and payment method.
Quality of work - really good i think. My new boiler is working perfectly, he tidied up the pipes and cleaned up afterwards as well. Spot on.
Time to complete - both the initial call out and the day of work itself he was prompt and on time, the work even took slightly less time that he said, so I was really happy about that.
Overall I’d definitely recommend this company.

Superb new boiler installed

Fantastic new boiler installed quickly and efficiently. John happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything was as good as it could be. Super tidy and all old piping and tanks taken away too. Highly recommended.
