1We was told the job for our back yard would take 2 weeks , JT properties started the project and 3 months later and after taking 60% of our money , job STILL not complete !
Total lack of communication, never showing up , coming for one/two hours a day , constantly saying “I’m waiting on materials”!
The work he has done is okay , but still not completed ! So now we have to get professionals in to finish it
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE from start to non finish
I’m sorry to hear this, unfortunately materials from certain suppliers do take longer than expected and the materials that have been used on your project actually cost more than you have paid to date, I’m afraid work had to stop as you are not willing to pay the labour cost so hopefully the new professionals will get paid to finish your job.
