Hazardous bathroom to beautiful shower room

I recently had my small bathroom converted to a shower room , I had it done as I am an elderly widow and had a bad fall in the bath injuring my back .
Jay came and helped me plan how it would suit me best, he listened to what I wanted.
I had to wait a couple of months as they are always busy as the are excellent at what they do . Spencer and Alex came on the Monday morning and by 4 o’clock Friday my beautiful shower room was complete . First class job all round I’m so proud of it .

Exceptional & Positive Experience

Just had a full refurb of my bathroom done by JPM and from start to finish received the most professional experience. The boys were hardworking, polite and everything has been done to an exceptionally high standard. I honestly cannot fault a thing and can highly recommend JPM Plumbing & Heating.

Absolute let down

About 7 weeks ago we arranged for work to be done.
There were family issues and we were respectful of those and said we would wait. We finally had the day rebooked ( approx 7 weeks later, all this time the children have slept on mattresses and their rooms packed up)
I get a call half an hour before the jobs to start today saying they had been in a crash and wouldn't be over. It then escalates to not doing the job ( again still being massively polite about the circumstances)
Part of me wonders if I've been a mug tbh. So now I have no wall. The kids are still on the floor. I am totally stressful.
Personally it's hard to recommend somebody who lets you down after you wait for nearly two months.
It's really not on.

I have all the evidence of my family issues my partner gave birth 5 weeks ago and had to have emergency surgery and she had to have 2 blood transfusions due to her hemmorhaging I was was on my way to your job this morning and someone pulled out on me and my father I have sent you pictures of the crash and x rays to prove that I fractured my wrist this only happened today although being stuck in hospital worrying about everything and didn’t stop looking for cover to get the work done which I managed to do and yet again have the evidence to prove it but you thought it would be best to block me on what’s app gave me loads of abuse and write this review I’m sorry but you had no right at all to write this review especially in these circumstances how do you think I feel with Christmas coming up and no van and off work for 6-8 weeks ask any one of my customers we are more than tradesmen we treat customers like friends or family really cannot believe this review

Bathroom renovation.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jay and his workers to anyone. Just had a total bathroom renovation and I am confident that Jay has completed to a very high standard. Some unexpected difficulties with the plumbing and walls were sorted out for us at a very reasonable cost. Extremely pleased with the results. High standards and first class service all round.
