Sash window repair - positive experience

Joysol restored and double glazed my sash windows that were draughty and in great need of repairs. I am very happy with the end result on the windows that look so fresh and neat, and I am already feeling the difference in the flat temperature. And it’s great that the windows now open and close effortlessly - big difference! George worked really hard during the coldest weeks of the winter and Ornela was a great help with communication. It did take a bit longer than initially planned but this was mostly down to weather, condition of windows and circumstances with them trying to help me out. There were also some small issues but, even though some cannot be fully resolved, George, Yani and Ornela have done their best to resolve these and I have truly appreciated the way this is being handled. Overall I am very happy with the service, the results and the cost and would not hesitate to recommend this small business.

JoySol renovated 12 of our original wooden sash windows, many of which were in very poor condition. I have to say our windows look lovely and we are very happy with the excellent professional service and how hard they worked to get the job done on a tight schedule. The job included repairs to rotten joints, replacing glass, painting the windows and frames, making draught proof, ensuring the windows opened and closed easily and fitting all new security locks.

A great service at very short notice. Broken window pane was replaced and sash window mechanism fixed on a Sunday at a very reasonable price. Would recommend!

Excellent service

Excellent work on repairing and double glazing our victorian sash windows.
Delighted with the result and how fast and efficiently Joysol team handled the work.
Our windows were in a really bed shape but after they finished the job, it seems like we have new windows and the house looks significantly better and warmer.
Can't recommend them highly enough!

We had our sash windows renovated and double glazed by George and his team. Excellent quality of workmanship and service. They provided a very competitive quote and they did a great job.
We are highly satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone considering getting their windows renovated.
