Jons Sheds Direct

All I can say is please avoid this company. I have had to have my shed delivered three times now, it has been measured wrong and doesn’t fit where it should. I have spoken to Nathan, a ‘manager’, who has hung up on me twice and been extremely rude over the phone.
I have asked for a refund and am still waiting for my money back a week later.
Absolutely disgusting service and clearly incompetent staff.
Avoid at all costs.

Overall this company demonstrates bad management and poor customer service. The issues I had included: wrong shed delivered at first, then replacement shed had to be fixed because some of the wood had been cut to the wrong length, door hinge wasn’t fully attached, there are long pencil marks on the door and sides of the door which were obviously a guide for fitting but neither covered up nor removed. Telephone discussions with the manager - rude and unhelpful. Another workman who visited used foul language when describing his colleagues’ workmanship. To be fair the shed is reasonably solid but overall poorly finished and doesn’t live up to the price I paid and quality I would have expected. I also felt very let down by the attitude and manner of speaking of those ‘in charge’. Poor customer service.

Had a shed delivered - a few hours later it’s soaked through with water ingress. Called them and the only thing they could advise me was to “paint it with oil repellent” I advised a repellent is simply a repellent, not a repair for poor workmanship for water ingress
After much battle they said they’ll send someone round to the property to look at the shed to see how they can fix it. I said I don’t want it fixing and it says on your terms and conditions that the shed is to be treated after 12 months, not within 24 hours. It also says online that to treat or paint the shed with the oil repellent or anything else means that you accept the product. Absolutely not! One of the sales advisors said to me “what part of wood is porous do you not understand” disgraceful! They are refusing to refund me, the shed is drenched and I am taking this further... absolutely shocking!!!!!!! Avoid avoid avoid if you value your money.

In my opinion, this company certainly DO NOT live up to their mission statement on quality and service.
Also, in my experience, customer care, satisfaction and commitment was non existent.
Would I recommend or have them back?.......DEFINATELY NOT!
I would seriously advise anybody looking to purchase a quality shed, good standard of workmanship and professionalism, to research fully before committing and NOT to pay monies upfront as this company dictates.
Many reviews on this company simply confirm my conclusions. In order to comply with the requirement on star rating, I unfortunately have to provide 1 star.

Really nice garden shed supplied and installed by the team at Jons. Highly recommended for the best quality by far, and also the best prices without charging a small fortune. I would rate them 5 stars out of 5 stars.
