Absolutely disgusting customer service, called to asked about wedding flowers, was told 'we're taking no bookings, goodbye' and was then hung up on before I could even respond. Called back in case there was some miscommunication to be told 'I told you were taking no bookings' I asked why and was told she couldn't say. Was all very odd, when I suggested they rethink the way they speak to customers I was told 'whatever' and hung up on again. ABSOLUTE DISCGRACE

Wonderfully professional service and beautiful arrangements! Made our wedding day really special!

I met with Charlotte (who runs the shop) to plan wedding flowers for our big day.
She was really professional whilst maintaining a relaxed and conversational approach to our first planning meeting, as we don't live locally she was really accommodating to meet with us and to keep in touch through the planning process!
She seemed to 'get' what we wanted almost instantly and has helped us to generate further ideas for table arrangements and a theme for the day itself!
We couldn't be happier with the service provided, we will happily buy flowers from the shop...forever!!!

I have used jones the gardners on many occasions for interflora and also local deliveries and equally received some excellent designs and a great reliable service. Wedding designs are second to none with the experienced staff who are willing to go the extra mile.

Had a beautiful bunch made for my mum she cried when she seen them as not only were they from her grandchildren as a thank you for being a great nana but they were stunning and well worth ever penny would recommend them to anyone who wants to show someone how much they mean to them
