fantastic service. i had an issue with the boiler, and soon after contacting, i was asked to send in some photos on whatsapp. i sent those, and immediately, i received a call giving me precise and to-the-point instructions on how to get things working again. the attention to detail was amazing. would count on jones gas services for any further issues with gas/boiler.

I got quotes from 5 companies and promising me the world, I was let down by 3 of them. I contacted these guys and they had my job booked within days. These guys honestly stood out with their professionalism and price. The job was booked in and the guys were there at 8:30am on the Wednesday, they actually had to wait on me while I done the school run. The branded vans were parked outside my house ready to start work.

I have never seen a company so professional and the customer service from start to finish was outstanding. The guys worked until 7pm to get the job finished. My house is the warmest I have ever felt it in 20 years living here.
