I have shopped for my dog at this store for 8 years. The staff have always been unfailingly helpful and courteous. They are also knowledgeable. I think the previous reviewer must have mistaken the store.

i buy my pets supplies from the isle of wight branch,,never again though,i shop elsewhere in future.
the staff are rude and arrogant,made me feel uncomfortable shopping in there.took the mick out of my shopping every time.they want sacking the lot of them.
