Johnsons Honda

I telephoned Johnson Honda Oxford on 24th May needing a replacement oil filler cap. I spoke with Alex in the Parts department who ordered this for me & took payment. He said that the part would be in the following day.
Come the 25th May , I received a call at 8:50am from Alex to say it had arrived at their site and I arranged to collect later that day.
On arrival at the site, Alex greeted me and then assisted with checking the oil on my vehicle and then advising on the right oil to use and how to clean up the engine from the spilt oil. He also made me aware that my car was in need of an oil change.
Alex went above and beyond and I very much appreciated all of his assistance! A credit to the Honda motor group!

We had a very pleasing and pleasant expierence when recently buying a car from Honda Oxford in May 2022. Muneeb Rashid made us very welcome, and made the whole buy-in process very easy and very individual including the collection and follow up afterwards. We would definitely buy from Johnson and Muneeb again.

Worsts after sales I have ever experienced. I brought a car fully functional, after they supposedly did the alignment the car has got the steering wheel not straight and it pull to the left. After I brought the car 2 more times they told me to go somewhere else to do the alignment, as they are incompetent I suppose.
I brought the car somewhere else and turns out that they never did any alignment and something is bent on my rear wheel. Now I can’t prove that they did it, of course, and Im stuck with a car that they broke because the incompetence of a mechanic!
I love the car but as there’s not an after sales competent I have to sell the car!

I have used Johnsons Honda for over 10 years both for car servicing and car purchase.
I have no reason to complain about their service It has been first class.

I booked my 11 y.o. Jazz for free in-house health check. Despite not being regular customer and not actually paying the staff was very pleasant, hospitable and I've received paper work declaring the state of the car. No pressure, no attempts to sell me any kind of extra service, only genuine advice based on the result was given.
