No respect for anyone

The week beginning 9th August a holiday at Sandown Isle of Wight.This wasn’t the best as the hotel is at the end of an esplanade of derelict hotels.In my opinion the hotel was Johnson’s saving grace,as the staff and the cleanliness was very good.Trips out were okay with the exception of two,which again in my opinion should be taken off their itinerary.Godshill.It’s most unsuitable for the age group these holidays are aimed at.There’s nowhere to sit ,nothing to see and it’s dangerous with parts of a very busy road without pavements,also CranbornMill.Okay for children,but a waste of time for adults.These days are part of the holiday we payed for.Also need to check new parking restrictions we had to change our free day as parking was restricted in Godshill.Resorts are an essential part of anyone’s holiday Sandown needs to be removed, until improvements are implemented.

Some of the staff came rushing to help at the scene of a nasty car accident near the company head quarters, helping support the emergency services, the people involved and clear up some of the debris. They didn't need to do this and stayed several hours. What a testament to the lovely people who work at this company.

Outstanding! Wouldn’t choose any other coach company to travel with.
