Professional and prompt

We had a pipe burst under the stop tap and had to call out an emergency plumber. We had called round to several plumbers who told us it would be a couple of hours before someone could come out despite the fact that we had water flooding our ground floor. The plumber who came out was able to come within 30minutes, he was friendly and professional, and was able to turn the water off from outside the property. Due to the age of the property we were unsure whether it was fixable that same day as it was late in the evening. Johnsons was able to complete the job that same evening and save us from having to find somewhere else to stay till we could have water again.

Would have no other plumber

I've had Rob as my plumber ever since I moved into my current house, there is no other plumber I would go to other than this guy (maybe his son).
He's down to earth, tells you how it is, works a decent price and will drop things to help you if you're on a bind. I'm very glad to have met Rob, it gives you the confidence knowing there are decent tradesmen out there.

Emergency call out

Absolutely outstanding service, I have absolutely no criticism to give! Rob came to do an emergency call out tonight as my bath had been leaking, he was extremely polite and explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it straight away as it wasn’t safe to leave. Rob was insistent on cleaning up after himself, however I prefer to do this myself so told him not to worry about it! I will definitely be contacting Rob again for any future plumbing needs! 100% recommend!

Many thanks for your lovely review.It’s never an easy decision to remove a ceiling in such a lovely kitchen but as a result we were able to resolve the problem swiftly
