We specialise in the sanding of wood floors in Newcastle upon Tyne and the surrounding areas.

We also undertake the laying of strip timber, wood block,engineered, mosaic parquet, laminates and floorboards.

We have now for many years refurbished large establishments such as schools,

sports centres and community centres. Private houses make up a good percentage of our work and we are proud of the fact that we can change the whole appearance of a clients house in maybe one to two days.

Sanded floors can be filled preventing the ingress of draughts. They can also be dyed to the colour of your choice. Different types of finish can be applied ranging from traditional solvent based seals to acrylic finishes and also oiled finishes.

After many years of use this Wood Block floor was brought back to an as new finish.

These Floorboards had been in service for approx 10 years and were starting to wear badly in areas. As the room was being redecorated and new furniture fitted the client decided to have a different look to her floor.

The floorboards where sanded down and joints filled. One coat of Dye was applied followed by two coats of Solvent based seal

This strip timber floor had been resealed many times in the past and was starting to delaminate.

On this contract we sanded the floor to a fine finish and applied three coats of Masterfinish seal

This floor was laid about 12 years ago. A130mm face prefinised Oak Strip Timber floor. It had started to show wear areas and was turning Grey. We Sanded this floor back to a clean finish applied a dark oak dye, then applied Three coats of an Acrylic finish

This floor was originally from an old School in the Bolton area.The customer had bought this floor off the internet and contracted us to relay it for her.

Oak flooring cleaned and Reoiled. Note: Oiled floors should be cleaned back and oiled each year as the top surface will dry and water and dirt can ingress the top surface of the wood. This is something the customer can do themselves but it can be a tricky business for people unfamiliar to this.
