Absolutely fantastic !

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Lovely shop with huge amounts of choice. We were given really great advice and were able to borrow samples. Their price was the best and loved the fact they had a shop not just a man in a van. Fitters were amazing and really done a brilliant job. So nice to find a family run business who offer such a great service, we will be back !

An excellent experience from choosing to fitting

Received very good advice on the type of carpet and hardwood flooring most suitable for our requirements. Only too happy for you to take samples home or to furniture shops to colour match. Both the carpet fitters and the hardwood flooring fitters were extremely careful and nothing was too much trouble. Johns Carpets kept us informed throughout.
A very good, stress free process and l would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Painless trouble free experience.

Very Happy with both the product and the service. Showed us carpets in the price range we wanted without trying to creep the budget upwards. Fitter was very pleasant and has done a great job in a most definitely not square room, with several irregular sized alcoves, changes in skirting profile and pipe boxing. Bit of a delay in fitting but something called a pandemic lockdown got in the way so hardly their fault! and they were very good at getting it all sorted swiftly once it was safe to recommence working.

GREAT RANGE, EXCELLENT PRICE, HELPFUL & FRIENDLY

We found the perfect off-cut of carpet for our spare bedroom from John's Carpets today at a great price. John was extremely helpful and friendly and the shop has an excellent range of flooring options, so we'll definitely be using John's Carpets again. Very highly recommended!
