heating failed this morning. engineer on site within the hour and traced the fault to faulty contacts between the clock unit and the main circuit board in the boiler. adjustment of the contacts has restored full functionality without the need to replace the components. excellent service.

I don't normally write reviews but after a v.bad experience with builders refurbishing a property which included servicing & providing a gas certificate for a boiler, I phoned these guys after finding them here on yell com. I explained the situation & they promptly sent a great chap who clearly explained the issues to me, helped me with how to further improve a safe environment for a tenant & thoroughly checked everything before leaving it a proper working safe condition as it should be, got on with the job no fuss or hassle -what more could a client ask for. Fully intend staying with this company. ACE JOB GUYS - THANK YOU 5*++
