Approach with due caution or your own peril

Feel better for reading the reviews on this person. When I called him to discuss the problem he was most interested in that he did lose out in his time finding the fault on the tv and that the cost is £140 up front for him to carry out a process of elimination. I thought this was expensive and it was difficult to get any clear answer from him. His call out fee is expensive and then factor in 4hrs for a seek and find repair probably not a cost effective repair for the television anyway. A better approach is to charge 1hr to verify that the tv is repairable. Call out charge needs to be more economical too.

Absolute shambles. Would disappear for 15 minutes at a time in to his house all whilst I’m paying for his time. Didn’t do anything of any real substance to even try and repair and charged me £90 for the pleasure of him going into his house constantly. I could not believe the anudacity to charge for 90 minutes of time when I was there for only 65 minutes, and most of that was him talking or disappearing. Approach with caution and a full wallet to not have your device etc fixed.

Charge money and no repairs

Charge me £70 to repair my tv and after 2 weeks i call me and tell no can repair and no ghive money back. Him tel me him work to hours but he did nothing. And no what to ghive money back. Plz no go to him become charge you and no ghive garanty i can repair

Costly call out.

I really wish I’d checked these reviews first! Over-priced call- out charge was £70, + £35, for work that didn’t solve the whole problem. He didn’t have much knowledge of the digital side of the tv. For less than 40 mins I paid £105. No mask either. I will not be using this service again.
