DO NOT BUY
1All they do is reply to say "sorry, please use live chat or talk to customer service", only for the cycle to begin again, customer service say "oh it's sold as seen, did you not attend the viewing?" - what, in Nottingham when I'm 500 miles away? Why have an online service in the first place if your patrons clearly wouldn't be able to view (it would make no financial sense to do so when time and fuel travel costs considered).
We are getting legal advice. Quoting from online for now:
"...[if specified goods are not second hand] the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (SGA) will still apply. Under the SGA, the item must match its description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If the item fails any of those standards, you have the legal right to return it for a repair, replacement or refund."
