Very Poor and Disappointing

Extremely Poor Service, no consideration or respect to elderly, disabled customers. Currently waiting for furniture to arrive, so far 4 weeks, keep calling and being fobbed off by the lady who keeps answering. Managed to get through only to be told they do not know when the item will arrive yet have taken the money. I think this is a case for Trading Standards.

Visited this store this morning desperate to get a bed today as I have visitors arriving tomorrow
Outstanding, people were helpful and bed delivered before 1pm
Can not recommend you visit this place enough they bent over backwards to solve my problem and am now looking forward to a long weekend with my family

Had my furniture delivered last tuesday and after a horrendous outing with a major sofa store what a breath of fresh air they were to deal with
Happy with the price I paid and they store is just beautiful
would recommend a visit to anyone
