We have just relocated across the country and with John Lomas’ help the process was so smooth and problem-free. From Mick’s down to earth initial visit, Julie’s cheerful administrative help to the fantastic three man team who did the actual move, it all went exactly to plan with great communication and a real, unflustered can-do approach.

Gordon, Nigel & Cody were just brilliant and it made all the difference to those first and last impressions of both new place and old. There were real logistical challenges to the move which they did not tire of trying to solve - even right at the end of a long second day.

The sheer physical work done, always respectfully and carefully, but at pace made for a really efficient move but they also brought cheery good humour and great character too which made a stressful time unexpectedly enjoyable.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Ian, Nigel and James went above and beyond, worked their socks off and treated our furniture and possessions with care - true professionals. Another man from the company named Asti joined halfway through, and he was equally as professional as his colleagues. They were all friendly and really nice guys - it genuinely was a pleasure to spend the day with them. Top blokes and a top company - five stars. Paul & Becky were excellent . They arrived on time and packed up without any problems, they created a really relaxed and calming atmosphere. They always asked us if they wanted to clarify some item.
They tidied up after them and made sure all was safely packed on the truck. The unpacking was as smooth as the loading, putting our belongings safely into our temporary storage. I cannot recommend John Lomas Removals highly enough, and if you get Paul & Becky you will not be disappointed. 5 Star service.
