I’m sorry to say the new people who now own this business are very questionable and do not do justice to the John Ingham good name of many years’ standing. I feel well and truly swindled today - they having failed to wire my vehicle towbar and refusing to release my car unless I paid for the job, even they have not completed it effectively. The brake lights were staying on all the time (apparently) so they disconnected it again, (apparently), and claimed the wiring kit (that John Ingham himself supplied on my previous X3) was faulty/ incorrect. They failed to check this before starting the job and claimed it to be my fault. The fitter didn’t seem to know what he was doing and the customer service was unprofessional. Your choice, but I would try somewhere else if I were you, because if you ask for a job to be done and they can’t do it, they will STILL CHARGE YOU.
