John Henry is a first class builder and roofer with a wealth of experience. He has built my garage and recently completed an extensive refurbishment of my house which took five months. He asks a fair price and provides sound advice. When doing the latest job additional works proved necessary which he took in his stride. He likes to do a thorough job and takes pride in his work. We had chorley roofing round last Sunday (8th Nov). Chap had a look, said he'd come back with a quote on Tuesday/Wednesday. Rang him today (Sunday 15th) to ask how he was getting on... Complained that the Mrs had rang him during the week (a million times apparently) and said the more you ring the less likely I am to do it and hung up.

Bad workmanship, unreliable and unresponsive

The roofing work was carried out in May (we paid immediately) but within a month it was clear that it had failed. A representative of the company came back to view and advised that it would be rectified but that they would need to borrow scaffolding before they could come and put it right??? After 4 months of broken promises we had to appoint another company to do the job properly. Please think twice before using this company as I wouldn't like anyone else to go through the experience that we have and lose money in the process.

An Excellent Job done by two really nice guys

Just had John round and His mate Andrew to do a job on my roof. They came on time and did a fantastic job. They gave me an unbiased and professional opinion of the condition of my roof and didn't pressure me into having unnecessary work done. They are two really nice guys to deal with and I am more than satisfied with their work, advice timescales and price for the job. Thankyou John and Andrew, I would recommend you to anyone. Adrian

Time waster!

Agreed earlier in the week to come today at 10am and provide a quote for repairs to our roof. Well almost 2 hours later and still no show, no call or text with any apologies or explanation as to why you’ve not come. You have no consideration for the families time you have wasted and what we moved round to accommodate you coming. If you can afford to turn down work then why bother to answer your phone at all and offer to quote?! And your website says you’re reliable?! You need a course on customer service and basic manners. I shudder to think what your workmanship and time keeping would have been like if we had used your company. We could have taken our children out this morning instead of waiting for you.
