I recently used Gowings to replace a lost wedding ring. I was shown a wide range of styles ands carats. The service was exemplary; the person serving me didn't rush me and made sure I was happy with my decision. The ring arrived within the time frame I was given for the order and on top of this I was happy with the price.

When my other half and I first spoke about getting married, I knew I wanted my engagement ring from here. Although we live almost 3 hours away from Oxford (where I grew up), I was still confident this was the place to go regardless!
My fiancé did all the planning (in secret obviously) and liaised with Annie to create my perfect bespoke engagement ring - they really didn't disappoint! The quality was absolutely stunning and my fiancé was so impressed with how easy the process was considering he didn't make a single trip up to Oxford!! Needless to say, I've had countless compliments about my beautiful ring.
When it came to the wedding rings, I did the liaising as was equally impressed - Annie and John truly are the experts and were so helpful through the whole process.
We received our rings today - I genuinely can't stop staring at them. They're absolutely perfect and it's very annoying we can't wear them for a few more months!

The battery on my watch was replaced in this shop. Subsequently, my watch kept going for less than two months after that. Not impressed.
