Fantastic!!!

Just received my 2016 Red Ford Fiesta Special Edition back from them. They had my car for about 2 weeks and replaced the drivers side door after someone bumped into me whilst it was parked up. They also had to paint the whole side to match in. You cannot tell at all. They have done a fantastic job. Their service was excellent. They contacted me within half an hour of the insurance company contacting me, they gave me a date, stuck to it and even collected my car from me and brought it back, despite me being 20 miles away. Really friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Thank you very much

I had accident and car was pit in2 your work the repair to the car was fine but when I got my car back there was a big massive crack down the windscreen the mechanic was not very helpful he said he would phone insurance auntie hasn’t done it and there is Rattling noise coming from the front of the car I’m not happy with the service way the mechanic treated me my Insurance has been phone myself just like feel am not getting anywhere

Poor Service Overall

It took them 4 wks to fit my car in for repair, a further 2 1/2 wks to do the actual repair. Received my car back cleaned on the outside, but they didn't even bother to clean the inside - very poor service overall.

Excellent Service!

Took my car in for an estimate which was done efficiently, then my car was booked in and I was given a brand new courtesy car to use whilst my car was in for repair. I now have my car back as good as new, thank you so, so much!
