Have been a customer for 20 years plus. My first car was an old beat up VW beetle. Which the guys looked after and helped me with all the mechanical issues back when I didn't have alot of money.
Today I have a Transporter and even though I live 50 miles plus away I would not go to any other garage.

Experts at what they do. Friendly, knowledgeable, Excellent workmanship.

If you have a VW there is no one better

Knowledgeable and efficient

15 month ago, a VW dealer quoted me a huge price for extensive remedial work to my 10 year old, low mileage Passat. John Bowles quoted around 35% less. They seemed knowledgeable and efficient, carried out the work in the time that they estimated, and 15 months later all is well.

Excellent servicing

Excellent and cost effective with VWs and similar cars. Have used them for over 20 years. Especially good at diagnosing recalcitrant problems.

Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

The service done on August 2018 not 2017 as you keep on telling me. Give me your email address I will send you a copy of the invoice. However, with the reg V8XVL I have used it on 3 different audi tt. One is mk2 with DSG, one is mk1 and one is currently useing is the car have a danmaged sump thread by you during service and it is an 3.2 manual. So I stated that poor workmanshiip and poor customer service is about right is it not?
